Tips From The Owner

I remember a time when I was a young teenager and my grandfather had called a local HVAC company to come out. The company came out twice to replace the batteries in the thermostat since the first "repair" didn't work. He was charged for both calls at astronomical rates all because the batteries in the thermostat were defective. I strive for my company to be the one I would've wanted him to call and trust. Never will we replicate that situation. That is my promise to you. We created this page in hopes that it would help prevent some unnecessary service calls and save you from spending your hard-earned money when it's not necessary.

Troubleshooter is something we created to help you resolve a potentially basic issue without the need for a service call. Click the button below to get started.

"Tips" is a section with some important information on how you can help make your equipment more reliable and efficient which results in lower service calls and costs! Click the button below to learn more.

Here are some quick and easy tips on how you can help your system last longer and operate more efficiently.

FILTERS

Filter changing is one of the best and simple things you can do for your system. It helps keep your system and house clean. A dirty or clogged filter will affect airflow causing issues which can result in  an unnecessary service call. TEMPERATURE

Setting your setpoint too low in cooling mode could cause your system to freeze up and eventually stop being effective at cooling your house/building down to setpoint as well as a drastic increase in power usage. This usually results in higher energy bills and lack of comfortability until issue has been resolved. If your system isn't maintaining your setpoint then there could be a bigger issue at play. Contact us today.

CONDENSER

Maintaining the area around the condenser helps to prevent the coil from becoming clogged and less effective at its job. This will help keep energy costs low and prevent issues. Please don't try to pressure wash the coil as this could cause the fins to get damaged and cause issues.

Preventive Maintenance Plans

Preventive maintenance plans are an excellent way of keeping your system in top shape. You should always maintain your equipment just like you would a vehicle. Contact us for a free quote and information on the benefits on this service.
